1. General Policy

All purchases made on our website https://smartcodeit.com are final. We recommend that you read and understand our service details carefully before making a purchase. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Successfully delivered job postings or subscriptions.
  • Completed web development, digital marketing, or software services.
  • Any service that has already been started or partially delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, the extra payment will be refunded.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If the service purchased was not initiated or delivered within the specified time frame due to fault from our side, and no custom agreement was made for extended delivery.
  • Incorrect Plan Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong service or package, and notify us within 24 hours, and no service delivery has commenced.
4. Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must email us at contact@smartcodeit.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Invoice or transaction ID
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documents

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., UPI, card, or bank transfer). No cash refunds will be made.

6. Non-Refundable Items
  • Custom development, marketing, or consulting services once initiated
  • Any promotional, discounted, or trial-based service offerings
  • Administrative or payment gateway charges (if any)
7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, the matter will be addressed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable Indian law. Our goal is always to resolve issues amicably and professionally.
